Fix an integration
Trace an API error, duplicate records, or a broken handoff between tools such as a CRM and an operations system.
Expert help by the hour
Bring an integration, automation, or AI workflow that needs expert help. Work directly with an engineer for an hour or more, without a drawn-out project SOW. We check fit and agree on the work before scheduling.
What you can bring
A one-hour conversation can clarify the next move. A contained fix or build might take several hours. We agree on fit and the work to tackle before an engineer joins your call.
Trace an API error, duplicate records, or a broken handoff between tools such as a CRM and an operations system.
Talk through a design, code path, or migration decision with a senior engineer before you commit more time.
Work through a small automation or feature idea and decide what it would take to build it properly.
Bring a defined application issue or backlog item. We will diagnose it together and build a fix when scope and access allow.
Turn a repeatable copy-and-paste step into a small workflow between the tools your team already uses. We can map the trigger, exceptions, and who owns it.
Work through a missing or inconsistent feed from a CRM, spreadsheet, or business app so your team knows what can be trusted in a report.
Choose the time you need
The rate is $250 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After that, additional work is billed fractionally. We agree on the session scope before scheduling; you can start with a conversation and continue into hands-on implementation if the problem warrants it.
Clarify the problem and decide what to do next
Share what is happening and what you have tried
Identify the next useful step, even if no code changes
Work together on a bounded issue in your tools
Inspect the workflow, data, or code path
Validate what changed when access and scope allow
Continue beyond the first hour when the work needs it
Prioritize the work before adding time
Separate completed work from open items and follow-up

Platforms We Work With

How it works
Start with a one-hour minimum at $250/hour. We confirm fit before assigning an engineer. Sessions happen over Zoom, Teams, or another agreed tool and are recorded; we agree who hosts and controls the recording before the call.
Describe the system, the result you need, and what you have tried. Share screenshots or logs only through a channel we agree is appropriate.
We check the issue against your stack and access needs before an engineer is scheduled. If we discover after scheduling that we cannot help, we will not charge you for that session.
Talk through the problem, diagnose a blocker, or build together. Start with one hour and add time for a larger fix or build by agreement.
We recap what we learned, what changed, and what remains. Further hands-on support is billed hourly; a broader program can be scoped separately.
Get expert help
Share the tools involved and what you need to happen. We will check fit and agree on the next step before scheduling any paid time.
